These Terms & Conditions apply to the website at growthroughconnection.com.au and to digital resources supplied through it. The website and resources are operated by Elise Grace Foxall trading as Grow Through Connection (ABN 96 468 229 164) (“Grow Through Connection”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this website, downloading a free resource, joining our email list or purchasing a digital resource, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase or download our resources.
2. Who may use the website
This website is intended for adults, including parents, caregivers, educators and professionals. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase.
3. Educational information—not individual advice
Grow Through Connection provides general educational information and practical resources informed by paediatric occupational therapy principles. Website content and resources are not individual occupational therapy, medical, psychological, educational, legal or other professional advice. They do not create a therapist–client relationship and are not a substitute for assessment or advice from a suitably qualified professional who understands the individual child and their circumstances.
Children vary in their needs, development, communication, health and responses. You are responsible for deciding whether an idea or resource is suitable, adapting it where needed, providing appropriate adult supervision and stopping an activity if it appears unsafe or distressing. Professionals remain responsible for their own clinical or professional judgement and compliance with applicable standards.
Nothing on this website is emergency or crisis support. Seek urgent assistance from an appropriate local service if you are concerned about a person’s immediate health or safety.
4. Digital resources
Descriptions, previews and inclusions are provided to help you decide whether a resource is suitable. Colours and formatting may vary between screens, printers and software. You are responsible for checking that you have compatible software, a suitable device and any required printing capability.
5. Orders, prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.
- The total price and any applicable taxes or fees will be displayed before you complete payment.
- Payment is processed by the payment provider identified at checkout. We do not ordinarily receive or store your complete card details.
- An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and we make the resource available to you.
- We may correct genuine pricing, description or technical errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, which may include a refund.
6. Delivery and access
Digital resources are generally delivered by download link, account access or email after successful payment. Please ensure that the email address you provide is accurate and check your spam or junk folder. If you do not receive access within a reasonable time, contact hello@growthroughconnection.com.au.
Download links or platform access may be subject to reasonable technical or security limits. We recommend saving a permitted copy of your purchase for your own use.
7. Your licence to use resources
Unless a product page states otherwise, purchasing or downloading a resource gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for your own personal or professional practice. You may print or use reasonable copies with your own child, household, classroom, students or clients under your direct care.
You must not:
- share, forward, upload or distribute the digital file to another person, team, organisation, school or online group;
- resell, sublicense, rent or commercially redistribute the resource;
- remove copyright or branding notices;
- copy or adapt substantial parts to create a competing or commercial product;
- publish the resource or make it publicly accessible online; or
- use the resource to train an artificial intelligence system or include it in a dataset without our written permission.
Additional licences may be required for organisation-wide, school-wide or team use. Contact us if you need a broader licence.
8. Free resources
Free resources remain protected by copyright and are supplied under the same use restrictions unless we expressly state otherwise. Receiving a free resource does not transfer ownership of the content or design.
9. Refunds and Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Because digital resources can be accessed or downloaded immediately, we do not normally provide a refund for change of mind, accidental purchase or failure to check the product description or technical requirements. This does not affect your rights if a resource is faulty, materially different from its description, not supplied, or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.
If you believe there is a problem, contact us at hello@growthroughconnection.com.au with your order details and a description of the issue. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may include correction, replacement, re-supply or refund.
10. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content—including text, resources, graphics, branding, photographs, downloads and design elements—are owned by or licensed to Grow Through Connection and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except the limited licence described in these terms.
11. Acceptable website use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape or systematically copy content, impersonate another person, or use the website or resources unlawfully.
12. Email communications
If you expressly subscribe, we may send educational content, updates and marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email. Transactional messages needed to deliver a purchase or respond to an enquiry may still be sent where appropriate. More information is in our Privacy Policy.
13. Third-party services and links
The website may rely on or link to third-party services, including website hosting, email, analytics, payment and digital-delivery providers. Their services and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control, but this does not limit any responsibility we have under applicable law.

If you have a concern about an order, resource or these terms, please contact us first at hello@growthroughconnection.com.au. We will try to resolve the matter fairly and promptly. Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising any right available under law.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and any courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date. The terms applying to a purchase are those presented or linked at the time of purchase, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded by law.
